Life’s busy—and finding time (and energy) to take care of yourself isn’t always easy. We understand what it means to juggle work, family, and everything in between- that's exactly why we created this place. 

The classes are designed to help you feel and look better, to build strength, improve your fitness, and to feel your best —physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

Whether you're returning after a break or looking for something other than your old routine, you'll find coaches that genuinely care and a welcoming community in a no-pressure space where progress fits into real life.

Class types 

Urban X

Push your limits in this high-intensity, results-driven workout. Urban X blends functional movements with strength and endurance. Whether you're new or seasoned, each session is tailored to help you crush your goals.

Hybrid

A total-body test of strength, speed, and stamina. Hybrid combines running and functional fitness exercises, designed to mimic real-world movements. Perfect for those who want to compete, challenge themselves, or simply level up their athleticism.

Lifting Club

Focus on strength and form in this class dedicated to the art of lifting. From deadlifts to squats and everything in between, you’ll perfect your technique, increase your power, and build muscle in a supportive community of like-minded lifters.

Grit

Dig deep. Grit a 90-minute class that forges mental toughness and physical endurance. Through sweat, struggle, and relentless effort, you’ll push past your limits and discover a version of yourself you never thought possible. Embrace the grind.

Endurance

Endurance is about going the distance. Whether it's long-distance running, cycling, or rowing, this class will push your stamina to new heights. Get ready to build the resilience you need to power through and thrive in any challenge however long or short.

Family

Fitness for the whole family—kids included! This class is designed for parents and their little ones to bond, move, and have fun together.

Step 3: Attend your trial class! Experience the vibe, meet the coaches, and get a feel for the Urban Athletics community. We'll make sure to give you a warm welcome, no matter your fitness level. After your class we decide together what's the best way for you to continue.

At Urban Athletics we believe that what you do in the gym is only part of the equation—how you fuel your body plays a critical role in your results. That’s why we offer personalized Nutrition Coaching as a core component of our fitness experience.

Whether you're training for performance, wellness, or lifestyle transformation, we will make sure your body gets the fuel it needs to thrive—both in and out of the gym.

Dana will work closely with you to develop a realistic, sustainable plan tailored to your goals—whether you’re aiming to lose fat, build muscle, increase energy, or simply feel your best. We don’t do crash diets or quick fixes. Instead, we help you build healthy habits that last and allow you to reach your goals while still enjoying life.
